Plan B Development is providing development
services for a prime one acre site located at 2121 Flora
in Dallas, Texas. The property has a high profile address
“in the heart” of the Downtown Dallas Arts District.
The site is adjacent to the Nasher Sculpture Center and
the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center and within walking
distance of the Dallas Museum of Art, the Trammell and Margaret
Crow Collection of Asian Arts and the planned Performing
Arts Center.
That site is currently being used as
a commercial parking lot. Preliminary development plans
for the property include a mixed use high rise containing
luxury condominiums, a boutique hotel and ground floor retail
space.
